Monday’s Moments…
“All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness (Christlikeness).” 2nd Tim. 3:16
Yester day at FBC we continued our lessons on “Constructing Christian Character” as we considered the biblical building blocks of Christlikeness in our faith… we also recognized all those who help teach and lead us in our various teaching ministries at FBC… Sunday School, Youth, TeamKids, Children’s Church, etc. I am grateful for all our folks who partner alongside in teaching God Word – thank you!
Also it was a blessing to welcome Alex Toynton who came forward for baptism, and Merle Wright (and Happy) who came forward to join our FBC family this past Sunday… welcome to the family! Come and join us next Sunday and invite a friend or two… we’ll save you a seat!
Thanks to those who came last week to help in the State Fair Ministry Tent… we had 8 of our folks step out to share their faith and pray with fairgoers as we encouraged them and helped register them for the Electric Bike Give-a-way. A good and rewarding time was had by all, not to mention a corndog or two. 😊
